- contains links to basic structural and history information in a governmental database system.  Excellent first list resource for information related to safety, toxicity, structure, and chemical formula.  It does NOT contain many physical properties like melting points or solubility.

- Sigma is the largest supplier of chemicals.  This is the best place to obtain an MSDS that will contain physical properties as well as some safety information.

- A resource for organic reactions, the job market, and synthesizing compounds.  Provides details on many organic reactions and could be a good study and research tool.
