Teachers change lives – they open new worlds for students and inspire them to reach their goals. The education department provides programs and classes for students who want to be teaching Early Childhood and Elementary Education.

One of the strengths of Western’s Education program is the opportunity you will have to be in the public schools or preschools while you are a freshman and a sophomore. At WWCC you will experience hands-on what
it means to be a kindergarten - 6th grade teacher early in your academic career!
