An articulation agreement between the WWCC Education Department and Regis University gives students the opportunity to complete classes that will transfer to Regis and fulfill requirements in the teacher education programs.

The WWCC programs for Elementary, Secondary, and Early Childhood Education have been designed to create a smooth transfer to Regis. Students must complete a minimum of 30 credits with Regis, but can complete and transfer 90 credits to Regis. Many of these credits can be completed at WWCC.

Follow the WWCC Education Program for your teaching level carefully and then use the TRANSFER PLAN for WWCC to REGIS UNIVERSITY found on this website. We work closely with Regis University to keep up with any changes that they make and adjust our program as needed. Work carefully with your advisor when planning for the WWCC courses you will take. If in doubt, ask!

Regis Contacts

A frequently asked question from students planning to finish their Bachelors’ Degree through Regis University is, “When should I apply to Regis?”

Because WWCC offers a number of classes beyond the Associates’ Degree for students to take to use in transfer to Regis, the best answer is that you should contact Regis to apply in the semester after you finish 45 hours (if you are full time) or 55 hours (if you are part time) at WWCC or another institution. Since you will still be taking WWCC classes, this gives you time to have your course work evaluated by Regis before you enroll for the next semester. It is common for students to be attending WWCC and Regis at the same time for one or more semesters.

Your first contact with Regis should be:
