Welcome to Western Wyoming Community College. We are located in Rock Springs, Wyoming, a safe, rural
environment in the least populated (but 9th largest in
size!) state in the U.S. At a
population of 22,000, Rock Springs is the 4th largest town in
Wyoming. Wyoming is
known as the “Equality State” and the “Cowboy State.”
Our closest cities are Salt Lake City, Utah (180 miles or 290
kilometers) and
Denver, Colorado (350 miles or 560 kilometers).
