What is a Mustang Mentor?
A program to assist new international students with their transition to WWCC and Rock Springs, Wyoming by PAIRING them with an American WWCC student.
An opportunity to learn about other languages and cultures.
What are the requirements?
Be a full-time student at WWCC
Have a 2.5 GPA
How do I connect with my International Student?
Get acquainted via E-mail before the student arrives.
What are some of the ways I can become acquainted with my International Student?
Go out for coffee or lunch
Grocery shopping/Wal-Mart
Attend a sporting event
Attend campus events (concerts, clubs)
Attend community events
