Head Wrestling Coach
Coach Castillo is a 1997 Graduate of Green River High School where he was a three-time state placer and as a team captain he led his team to three 4A state championships. Upon graduation,
Castillo attended Northwest College, where he was a National Qualifier. After his time at Northwest, Coach Castillo transferred to Dana College, where he was also a team captain and 2X
national qualifier and 2X GPAC champion. Castillo served as an assistant coach while finishing his undergraduate degree at Dana. Castillo graduated in 2003 with a degree in Physical
Education/Sports Management. Entering his sixth year as head coach of the Mustangs and ninth year overall, Coach Castillo has coached 2 national champions, 24 All Americans including
three two-time All Americans. In his time as a coach, Castillo has led them to two academic national championships (2005-06, 2009-10).

Assistant Wrestling Coach
Coach Nacey is a 1996 graduate of Hillcrest High School in Midvale, UT. He started wrestling as a sophomore in high school where he was a runner-up at state his senior year. After graduating
he served an LDS mission in the Tennessee Nashville Mission. Upon returning from his mission he walked on to WWCC wrestling team where he was shortly after awarded a scholarship. He was a two
time national qualifier for Western and placed 7th at nationals his second year. He transferred to Western State College in Gunnison Colorado for the remaining two years of his wrestling career.
Coach Nacey was the assistant coach here at Western in 2010-2011 before joining the Army Special Forces, which took him away from Wyoming for two and a half years. During his time as a coach,
Nacey has coached 3 All Americans. Nacey has been married for 12 years and has 4 children and resides in Rock Springs.
Assistant Wrestling Coach
Rick Yoak, from Green River, Wyoming is back, this time as a Mustang! Coach Yoak was the head assistant under Coach Steve Christensen from 1999-2003, when they we were the Spartans. In fact, Yoak
coached former All American and current Assistant Coach Josh Nacey. The former 2X Wyoming state champion, and NJCAA national runner-up, brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and character to the
Mustang coaching staff and Coach Castillo is delighted to have Yoak around. "To have a guy like Rick Yoak want to be a part of your staff is huge for everybody involved. Rick is not only one of
the toughest guys I can think of but also one of the classiest. I remember as a kid watching Yoak wrestle for the powerhouse Wolves, watching him compete helped build my love for the sport. I am
honored to work with him and excited about the impact he will have with our student-athletes physically, emotionally and spiritually." Coach Yoak resides in Green River and has been married to his
wife Shelley for 21 years. They have two daughters Megan, 14, and Madison, 10.
