The Mustangs of 2012-13 have added a wealth of depth and talent at every weight class with 25 athletes who will try grappling it out for one of the ten staring positions. Along with the outstanding recruiting class, the age and experience of this year's team will be a huge asset as they return three third-year athletes, 2011 NJCAA All-American Scott Verner, Dillon Karajanis, and Matt Spoon. After losing five of the six National Qualifiers including All-Americans Dylan Bushby (6th NJCAA) and Simas Norkus (4th NJCAA), Coach Castillo well see at least nine new starters on this year's team. Green River's Mario Luna is the only returning starter from last year's team as he was a National Qualifier at 141 lbs. Castillo is extremely excited to start the season and feels like this could be his most talented recruiting class to date.
