Coach Patrick Ritter is entering his third season as the Head Women's Soccer Coach at Western Wyoming Community College, where he hopes to continue the progress made during his first two seasons. His previous coaching experience includes assisting the WWCC men's program in 2011, as well as the Rock Springs High School girls program in 2008.

Patrick graduated from Rock Springs High School, where he played soccer, basketball, golf and football. He attended WWCC from 2007 to 2009 where he was a member of the WWCC Men's Soccer team. During this time, Patrick helped the Mustangs reach the Region 9 championship game while setting the school record for most wins in a season. He also played a key role in the first ever varsity win over conference opponent Laramie County Community College. He graduated from Western with an Associate's Degree in Physics.

Patrick played two years at Dakota Wesleyan University, an NAIA school, where he helped the team get to their first ever Great Plains Athletic Conference Tournament, as well as helping them to reach the Semi-Finals in 2010. Patrick graduated from Dakota Wesleyan in 2011 with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics.

Ian Cadena
Assistant Coach

Ian Cadena is entering his second season as an assistant coach for the Mustangs. He is a graduate from Rock Springs High School, and has played Rec League and competitive soccer in and around Wyoming for over 18 years. Ian has coached in Sweetwater County for over 9 years, and he is currently in his fifth year as an assistant coach at Rock Springs High School for a successful boys soccer program. Coach Cadena has lived in the area for over 25 years, with the support of his wife and 4 children. He is excited and ready to contribute to the success of the WWCC women's soccer program.




Brady Baldwin
Assistant Coach

Brady Baldwin is in his second year as an assistant coach with the Mustangs. Brady has played soccer in high school and recreationally for over thirty years. He was on the very first RSHS Boys' Soccer team in 1987. All together Brady has twenty-six years of coaching experience at the youth, club, and high school levels. He graduated from Rock Springs High School in 1987 and from WWCC in 1991 with his Associate's Degree. Brady lives in Rock Springs with his wife Amanda and their three children, Gretchen, Zoe and Nathan.




Kira Matthews
Assistant Coach

Kira Matthews is in her first year as an assistant coach with the mustangs. Kira graduated from Preston High School where she played soccer, basketball, softball, and ran track. She played basketball for Western from 2011 to 2013, and soccer 2013 to 2014. She graduated from Western in 2014 wither her associates in Computer Information Systems. Kira lives in Rock Springs with her loving husband Cale.
