Follow Up Thank You Letter

Use standard business letter format with a salutation.

Remind the manager of your meeting.

Indicate that you would like to follow-up.

Confirm that you want the job.

Ask for a second interview or offer to provide additional information.

Explain that you appreciate the manager's time and attention.

Keep following up every 7-10 days until you receive the offer or are told the job is filled.
