Since the Children’s Center was established in 1975, we have been providing a comprehensive, quality preschool program serving WWCC students, staff and faculty. The Children’s Center has a rich history of innovation in the state of Wyoming. We introduced computers in the classroom in 1985 for children to get a head start on technology skills. We were the first college in Wyoming to establish a Children’s Center, recognizing our student-parents could better succeed in their academic pursuits if they did not have to worry about quality child care. We continue the tradition of innovation by providing a curriculum full of rich, hands on experiences for young children and support for their parents.
The Children’s Center is situated between the Aquatics Center and the tennis courts. We are open Monday through Friday 7:45-5:15pm fall and springs semesters and 7:00-6:15 summer semester. For a list of closures and special activities click here.
