Amy was born in the San Francisco Bay Area and loves to go back to visit often. She finished her B.S. in Psychology at Arizona State University after marrying Caleb. Amy and Caleb were stationed in Yuma, AZ with the USMC and then they transferred to North Carolina. In NC Amy completed her Associates in Nursing and after working a year in a pediatric unit she decided to finish her B.S. in Early Childhood Education. While pursuing her Master’s in Counseling (Marriage and Family Therapy) from UMASS Boston she worked in a behavioral therapy program for children with Autism. She is now finishing up a Masters in Autism Studies. Amy has worked as a teacher’s aide, a counselor for pregnant and parenting teens, a Head Start teacher and has held several program director titles, most recently with Head Start. Amy loves Wyoming and is looking forward getting in some snow skiing! Amy and her family also love white water rafting, hiking, boating and playing with their kids.
