Just in time for Halloween, you will be making jolly jack-o-lantern cupcakes, daring Dracula cupcakes, witty witch cupcakes and more… Bring cupcakes and frosting, and Michelle will teach you the tricks of the cupcake trade. Supply list will be provided. The $3 supply fee will cover some of the decorations.

Tiered cakes are popping up everywhere! Michelle, a Wilton trained instructor, will teach you the steps and techniques to create “tall cakes” that will stand up straight. During this 3-hour class, you will assemble and decorate your special creation. In addition to creating multi-layer cakes, you will receive valuable tips for serving, transporting and storing your masterpiece. Cakes will need to be made and frosted before class. A supply list will be provided.

Celebrate the season and inspire your creativity by designing and decorating your very own gingerbread house! Adults or parents with their kids will love the endless decorating options, from frosted candy roof to pretzel picket fence. With gum drops, cereal, candy, and frosting, you will turn your gingerbread cracker into a gingerbread house dream. Michelle will teach you the tricks of the trade when it comes to decorating gingerbread houses such as icicles, zigzags, garland, lattice, icing with a spatula, and decorating with candy. Spread the holiday cheer by bringing home your one of a kind gingerbread creation! You will need to bring a gingerbread house kit, candy and decorations for the houses, plus other supplies from home. A supply list will be provided.
Children may register with a registered adult.

Everyone loves colorfully-decorated cookie pops, especially when they're popping out of a festive container. Learn various cookie decorating techniques as well as cookie displaying secrets. This project makes a great gift and is a great way to brighten someone's day, especially around the holidays. Cookies will need to be made before class.
A supply list will be provided.
