COURSE 3: GUM PASTE AND FONDANT

Prerequisite: Course 1 ~ Cake Decorating Basics
Gum Paste and Fondant is an intermediate cake decorating class.  In this class, you will discover one of the most exciting and satisfying ways to decorate a cake. Michelle, your Wilton Method Instructor, will lead you every step of the way as you create amazing hand shaped flowers, beautiful borders and bold accents using these easy-to-shape icings. As you learn each technique – an artful bow, mum, rose, carnation, calla lily, rosebud, daisy and embellished borders – you’ll be closer to your crowning achievement: A Final Course Cake that displays your skills.  The $5 book is included in the course fee.  A supply list will be provided or view it here. 

Advanced Gum Paste FlowersCOURSE 4: ADVANCED GUM PASTE FLOWERS & FIGURINES

Take your cakes to a whole new level with beautiful lifelike gumpaste flowers! In this class, you'll learn to makestargazer lilies, gerbera daisies, briar rose, stephanotis and more! You'll also learn how to create wired bouquets, and how to use color dusts to make your flowers come to life. You'll be amazed at the artistic quality you can achieve!
The book is included in the course fee and a supply list will be provided.

COURSE 2: FLOWERS AND CAKE DESIGN

Prerequisite: Course 1 ~ Cake Decorating Basics
Flowers and Cake Design is an intermediate class.  In this class, you’ll explore sophisticated ways to bring your cakes and desserts to life!  Michelle, your Wilton Method Instructor, will teach you to create breathtaking icing flowers such as pansies, lilies, the rose, and many more. Then, you’ll discover the secrets of arranging them in a beautifully balanced cake-top bouquet. Your amazing flowers will be framed by an impressive border treatment or basket weave design.  The $5 book is included in the course fee.  A supply list will be provided or view it here.
