Learn how proper breathing can improve your health,
posture, and attitude. It has been reported that in
our modern day society many people only use as little as 25%
of their lung capacity due to stress and other factors in
our daily lives. Science has shown that learning
special breathing techniques may help a person to lose
weight, lower blood pressure, and increase energy to name
just a few of the benefits. See how the Psoas muscle
not only effects posture, but also the breathing process.
Orman Tripp has been involved in wellness for over 25 years,
certified as a Fitness Trainer by the Cooper Institute for
Aerobic Research, a Master Fitness Trainer by the Soldiers
Physical Fitness School, and a Police Physical Fitness
Instructor by FBI Academy Instructors. Students will
learn techniques to reduce stress and improve their quality
of life.
