This class will help people complete the paperwork for a simple divorce, where the spouses generally agree on the terms of child custody and visitation (if applicable), and property division. We will use the pro se forms developed by the Wyoming Supreme Court. Each student should bring the appropriate (with or without children) pro se divorce packet to the class. They are available at the Clerk of District Court for $10 or they can be downloaded from the internet at http://courts.state.wy.us/DandCS.aspx for free. Please note: This class is not applicable and will not be helpful for people that are disputing custody, and/or have more than minor disputes regarding property division; these people need lawyers.
