Incident Response to Terrorist
Bombings

Designed for first responders who may respond to incidents involving
explosives.
Participants will be able to identify:
- Commercial and military explosives
- Improvised explosive devices (IED's)
- Readily available explosive formulations that terrorists
have or could use

Traci Ciepiela
is the Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice at WWCC
and
has eight years of law enforcement, a Masters Degree in Criminal
Justice & is
Certified by the Institute for the Prevention of In-Custody Death.
She
holds numerous other certifications in the areas of self-defense,
traffic stops, is an expert at media relations, community policing,
and recently was selected by the Department of Homeland Security to
Instruct Prevention Methods for Suicide Bombing attacks. She
is also a
nationally certified hostage negotiator and a Wyoming State
Representative for the International Association of Hostage
Negotiators.
