Getting Registered

If you are planning to attend full-time (12 credit hours or more per semester) or are degree seeking:

  1. Complete the admission process.

  2. Take the COMPASS placement test. This test measures math, English and reading ability. The goal is to place students in classes most appropriate for their level of ability.

  3. Attend one of the Orientation/Registration sessions. Sessions are offered prior to each semester.  Information is sent to students who have been accepted.

  4. Register for your classes.  No payment is due at the time of registration if you are registering before the payment deadline established for that semester.

If you are planning to attend part-time (11 or fewer hours) and are not degree seeking, you simply visit campus, call, or mail-in the registration form with your payment.

Block courses may be added through the start of the class.
