The WESTERN EDGE PROGRAM began in 2003 to provide unique
learning opportunities in a collegiate atmosphere right here in Evanston
for students pursuing postsecondary degrees. Participants are required
to be full time, (12 or more credit hours/semester), and to enroll in
three common classes per semester the first year, and two out of three
per semester the final year. Western Edge Grants will be awarded with
priority given to those who have not received a Pell Grant, DVR funding,
Hathaway, or WWCC Scholarship.

WWCC Outreach provides several fieldtrips and activities each year.
