Application for Summer Aid If you will be enrolled at least half-time (6 credits) and would like to receive Federal funding for the summer term.

Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) (required for Pell grants, loans, campus-based grants, and some of our foundation grants)

General Appeal Form If you received a suspension letter or a not eligible letter and would like to appeal, please fill out this form and return it to the financial aid office with a letter explaining the extenuating circumstances and why financial aid eligibility should be reinstated.

Student Special Circumstances If you have special circumstances that you would like considered in processing your financial aid for the current year.

Consortium Agreement for a student who is concurrently enrolled at two institutions of post-secondary education.
