Folklore studies offer an enrichment of the human experience throughout the world. Folklore courses provide perspectives on ethnic, regional, occupational, age, gender, and other traditional identities in various societies. Students study the folk groups and folklore genres, such as myths, folktales, and legends, by examining the historical, cultural, social, and psychological contexts. Field work and research techniques are an integral part of the study of folklore.

WWCC offers several folklore courses. Please check the current Schedule of Courses.
