Hello!  My name is Alicia Richins and I’m very excited to be the GEAR UP Outreach Specialist here in Evanston.  I’m here to help students reach their goals, and get a college education.
I grew up in Green River and graduated from Green River High School in 2000.  After High School I attended Western Wyoming Community College and had a wonderful experience.  At Western I was able to prepare for a four year college.  I transferred to the University of Wyoming where I obtained my Bachelors degree and studied communications and journalism. 
My husband Ben and I have been married for 5½ years.  We met in Laramie while going to school at the University of Wyoming.  We moved to Evanston in June of 2008 and love being a part of this community.  I look forward to serving the students in Evanston.  Please contact me anytime.
