Hi, I’m Gail Ford and I’m the GEAR-UP Outreach Specialist for Hanna, Elk Mountain, Saratoga and Encampment.  When I was growing up, my family came to Encampment every summer for vacation.  I’m the fifth generation of my family to live in the North Platte Valley.  I graduated from Western State College in Gunnison, Colorado, with a B.A. in Biology and a minor in Chemistry.  I was fortunate to be able to spend seven years traveling and living abroad after college.  I’m married and have three beautiful children.  We love to play outside in the mountains, Medicine Bow Forest, and North Platte River.  I have 30 GEAR-UP students and I’m grateful for the opportunity to help them pursue their dreams of going to college.  Please contact me with any questions!
