Hi I am Richard Taedter, Carbon County #1 GEAR UP Outreach Specialist. I am employed as the Principal of the Cooperative (Alternative) High School in Rawlins where my staff and I work to empower and educate our students.

I earned my Associate of Art's Degree in Biology from Eastern Wyoming College, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Secondary Science Education from the University of Wyoming, a Master of Arts Degree in Secondary Counseling and a Master of Arts Certificate in Secondary Administration from Chadron State College.

I have a 12 year old son, Brendan, and, along with my wife Lisa, we enjoy fly-fishing, camping, hiking, golfing, boating (tubing), and traveling.
