Hay Library- Library Cards

To obtain a library card:

Please come to the library help desk and fill out a short application form or If you live too far away to come to the library (or if it is inconvenient to do so for whatever reason), please fill out and submit the form below.

You must be a WWCC student or faculty/staff member to get a Hay Library card number using this electronic form. If you are a community member, please apply in person for a community card.

If you have a WWCC student (or faculty/staff) ID card, it will also be your library card once we activate it by entering your name and address into the Wyoming Libraries Database system. Your library card number will be the 14 digit number on the front of your card.

If you don't have a student (or faculty/staff) ID card, we will e-mail you a library card number. Please take time to print out this number with the enclosed information. If you lose this information, please call the Library to get your current library card number (307-382-1700).

Library card numbers are issued Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please allow time for a library staff member to respond to your request.

By submitting this form, I apply for the right to use Hay Library at Western Wyoming
Community College and will abide by its rules. I will pay fines or damages charged
to me and give prompt notice of any change in my email address, mailing address, or
telephone number. I understand that if I am delinquent in returning borrowed materials
the Library may hire a collection agency to take action. In that case I hereby agree
that I am responsible for all processing and late charges, collection fees, and legal
charges up to 50% of the principle owed.
