Tuition and Fees

The College Board of Trustees reserves the right to alter tuition and fees at any time by the amount necessary to maintain the institution or as required by the Wyoming Community College Commission. Tuition and fees or proof of financial aid is required at the time of registration.

Course Fees
In addition to tuition, special fees are charged for industrial technology classes, laboratory science classes, and certain activity classes. These fees are subject to change without notice. Consult your catalog ( www.wwcc.wy.edu/Registration & Records  ) for a complete list of course fees.

Distance Learning Fees
In addition to the applicable distance fee, courses that are taught through the Internet, compressed video, videotape or other distance method might or might not have additional fees that are related to the cost of materials and supplies.

Distance learning fees are non-refundable.

• Videotaped Classes (VT)........................................................$32

Tuition Refunds
A portion of tuition and fees will be refunded to any student who officially withdraws within the time specified in the college catalog. Full-time students who drop courses and still maintain a full-time student load WILL NOT receive a refund. Course fees are nonrefundable.

• 1 to 10 days inclusive......................80%
• 11 to 20 days inclusive....................60%
• 21 to 30 days inclusive....................40%
• 31 days or more .............................0%
  
  Refund and repayment for Federal Aid Recipients may be somewhat different. Please check with the office regarding the refund schedule for block classes.
