I am the Director of Professional, Technical & Community Education. I have a Masters of Public Administration degree from the University of Wyoming and 12 years of experience in higher education. I look forward to the growth and adventure in Professional, Technical & Community Education.

I have been with the College for a couple of years and it has been very exciting to be a part of the Professional, Technical & Community Education Department. When I am not working I enjoy the outdoors and spending lots of time with my family.

Kay Cooley-Instructional Support Assistant (Rock Springs)

I’ve been working for the college for 18 years--first 6 years were as faculty secretary and now my current position. I’m married with 5 kids and 5 grandkids. How’s that for living?
